Kingspan Environmental has launched an Accredited Installer Scheme

Paul Usher, installation network manager, Kingspan Environmental, said: "We recognise that correct installation is a pre-requisite to ensuring the durable and successful operation of our wastewater products".

All Accredited Installers will be provided with sales leads, marketing collateral including an Accredited Installer Scheme logo for vehicles, websites etc, ongoing training as required, and information on issues such as legislative and regulatory changes.

To achieve accredited status all installers have to demonstrate high levels of technical and operational proficiency in areas ranging from plant and machinery proficiency to site surveys and evaluations.

These performance criteria, along with local knowledge, reputation, financial status and design skills, are reviewed to ensure that the installer delivers a highly professional service.

Once accepted, installers sign up to a Code of Practice, committing them to a consistent level of quality, optimised product performance and customer satisfaction.
