Klober ventilation and roofing accessory training

A Klober product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Oct 12, 2006

Klober undertakes regular training courses for installers and merchants at its Shepshed base near Loughborough.

With the sheer number of products and design changes affecting ventilation products and roofing accessories, as well as changes in legislation, roofers and stockists have much to keep up with.

Klober therefore undertakes regular training courses for installers and merchants at its Shepshed base near Loughborough.

Technical Manager Andy Stewart was himself a roofer, so training days have a strong emphasis on practical application.

Aspects covered include use of vapour permeable underlays, dry fixing of ridges, hips and verges, as well as use of traditional roofing tile vents and products such as soffit, fascia and eaves vents.

Klober's range is designed for use with the widest range of manufacturers' tiles and slates, so training will be of value to any involved in pitched roofing.

Dates for standard courses are posted on the Klober website.

When necessary, training can be adapted to suit particular company needs, enquiries for which should be made direct to Klober.
