Solvent-free Kemperol 2K-PUR from Kemper, creates a seamless and extremely durable membrane that ensures the total integrity of a building wherever flat roof detailing is required.

Whilst flat roof waterproofing may not be the most aesthetic element in the building envelope, or high on the specifier's list of interesting design materials, its functional performance and capability is often vitally important to the design feasibility of even the most imaginative schemes.

Solvent-free Kemperol 2K-PUR, the latest in a proven range of waterproofing and surfacing products from Kemper, creates a seamless and extremely durable membrane that ensures the total integrity of a building wherever flat roof detailing is required.

Applied wet-on-wet (which allows for rapid project completion) the specially formulated resin impregnates a tear-resistant polyester fleece to give an external skin that stays weatherproof under the most demanding situations.

These typically include standing water, exposure to UV, extreme temperature gradients and maintenance foot traffic.

At the same time Kemperol is permeable to water vapour, bonds to almost any existing substrate, so avoiding the need for removal, and offers a wide range of surface options and coloured finishes.

The system can be additionally reinforced against mechanical wear and even vehicular use by the incorporation of solvent-free Kemperol TC.

Information on the Kemperol range is available in a newly published Specifier handbook which can be obtained from Kemper.
