"Our aim is to make Sittingbourne one of our most customer-friendly distribution centres," says Martin Fewtrell, UK sales director for Koramic.
"We have invested in a significant amount of new racking and storage facilities to ensure that stock can be quickly and easily identified, so customers receive their goods as efficiently as possible.
These facilities also significantly reduce the risk of tile breakage, as they are very safely and securely stored.
"In addition, we have developed a new product showroom which displays the full range of clay roof tiles and there is a meeting area so that customers can discuss their specific requirements or queries.
"With the vast range of facilities and stock now available, we feel we can truly offer customers a one-stop-shop for all their clay roof tile needs and are currently looking at further ways in which we can continuously improve the services provided." Koramic clay roof tiles are now available from three specialist distribution centres across the UK.
In addition to Sittingbourne, there are depots strategically located in Hull and Ipswich to meet the needs of customers across the country.
