New products increase Kommerling profile

Kommerling, has increased its product range with the official launch of both a silver grey PCE gasket and black profile to all customers.

The Lichfield based manufacturer, part of the Profine Group, the European leader in PVC-u profile, supplies many window and door fabricators throughout the UK with co-extruded systems.

The PCE gasket forms the weather-proof seal between the PVC-u frame and the glass sealed unit.

Traditionally the frame is co-extruded with a black rubber PCE gasket, however the stylish new silver grey colour will offer variety as well as a sleek finish with pleasing sight lines.

Kommerling is proud to be launching the stylish new silver grey gasket to add more options for the customer.

Steve Wood, Managing Director of Stockport-based Alexander Windows, one of the fabricators to trial the silver grey product, comments, "We have had a wealth of complimentary comments from visitors to our showroom and expect to be inundated with enquiries once more people become aware of the new option".

Meanwhile, the introduction of black profile ensures customers can now choose from a range of five standard finishes for either the Kommerling Connoisseur or Kommerling C70 profile systems, with white, rosewood, mahogany and golden oak the alternative options.

All except white is available either foiled on both sides or the external face only.

Jason Wilder, whose Midlands-based company, CWG Choices, trialled the black profile, remarks, "We published details of its arrival in our marketing literature and straightaway received a high level of interest, with a fair proportion of enquiries turning into orders".

On the subject of Kommerling's new products, Sales Director Kevin Warner says, "We introduced the new silver grey PCE gasket to give fabricators and customers the option of a more contemporary looking finish".

"It fits in with the design of our frames, both the ovolo Connoisseur range and the bevelled-edged Gold range and has a cleaner look than the traditional black gasket".

"Following successful trials and some outstanding results our new black profile has also been officially launched".

"This further increases choice for all our customers and judging by its popularity so far will be a huge success".
