Kopex enhances offer to the MOD sector through Accredited Specialist stockists.

As the UKs foremost manufacturer of conduits for the building services industry and the highly specialised defence sector, Kopex has moved to re-organise its distribution network.

The company can now offer its customer base genuine national coverage through a network of Accredited Specialist stockists, all able to provide a comprehensive selection of high performance products, as well as support and advice about applications.

Kopex has established a reputation for meeting the demands of top end applications including such demanding situations as the construction or refurbishment of military establishments.

The different types of conduit produced are capable of withstanding the harshest exposure conditions: the LT-H, liquid type flexible conduit, for instance, being resistant to Skydrol aerospace lubricant.

The range of products available has NATO stock numbers (NSN's), meaning they are fully approved for a wide range of MOD applications including naval shipbuilding.

Unlike some product ranges on the market, Kopex ensures the electro-magnetic compatibility of its conduits covers the connectors as part of the system.

The manufacturer's research and development department has been investing time and effort to address the increasing demand for protection against electro-magnetic pulse (EMP).

Kopex is underpinning its restructuring of its distribution network with both technical support and various point of sale items.

The latter includes a new display stand to carry key components and the company's newly revised literature.
