KPW gains extension approval for Art Deco building

KPW Architects has obtained planning approval for the extension of an Art Deco building belonging to Burbage Holiday Group.

The holiday accommodation company approached KPW to complete the project which included a third and fourth floor extension to create a 5 star rated three-bedroom penthouse apartment, and two-bedroom duplex apartments featuring a balcony and roof sun terrace.

The approval was gained by KPW in four weeks enabling a prompt start to the construction scheme.
