Leach Lewis Plant, have been rated as offering the best levels of service out of almost 100 outlets selling Kubota products across the UK.
The Waltham Cross and Oxford depots of Kubota Construction Equipment dealer, Leach Lewis Plant, have been rated as offering the best levels of service out of almost 100 outlets selling Kubota products across the UK They received two of the ten Gold awards presented as part of the Kubota Dealer Service Award scheme

""Our group service manager Colin Sherwood and his teams at Waltham Cross, Oxford and Sevenoaks were determined to win Gold dealer status, as Kubota is such an important part of our business.
Our goal now is to ensure that as we increase our sales of Kubota minis, we continue to provide customer support at the very highest level".
Each of the 91 depots operated by the 130 dealers, covering Kubota's three product divisions, were thoroughly assessed by Kubota regional service representatives".
"It included all 30 branches operated by Kubota's 23 Construction Equipment division dealers".
"Depots were rated on four criteria; their service facilities, the results of a customer satisfaction survey, their participation in technical training and their response to service issues in the field".
"Said Keith Miller, Kubota UK's deputy service manager: "The objective of the award scheme is to assist each dealer to improve its service department so as to enhance customer perception, service support and customer satisfaction".
"In a highly competitive market place it is vital to offer added value to the product being sold by offering 'best-in-industry' after-sales support through dealer service excellence".
He said that all ten Gold award winners, including those selling mini excavators, worked extremely hard to achieve the award".
"They made the necessary improvements to their facilities, tooling and product expertise and proved their commitment to customer service support and satisfaction".
Service personnel from the ten top depots will fly out to Japan in September to receive their awards from the worldwide head of Kubota Service.
They will visit Kubota's construction equipment, engine and tractor manufacturing facilities, tour the service parts operation and visit a Japanese dealer.
