Awards
Success for Lakesmere at National Federation of Roofing Contractors awards, winning the top accolade in the Roof Sheeting category for the prestigious Liverpool South Parkway Interchange project.
After being named '2006 Roofing Contractor of the Year', national building envelope specialists Lakesmere has once again enjoyed success at this year's National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) awards by winning the top accolade in the Roof Sheeting category for the prestigious Liverpool South Parkway Interchange project The landmark project is one of Lakesmere's most challenging to date and boasts a unique wave-form roof constructed from 2.3 tonnes of recycled Kalzip aluminium

Lakesmere makes it a double at the NFRC awards
Two recent Lakesmere projects have been made it to the final stages of the 2007 National Federation Of Roofing Contractors Awards.
The complex structure, which features a design that has never been used before in the UK, comprises more than 200 different types of sheets that vary in both size and radii.
The shaped and tapered sheets, some of which curve in three different directions, were individually designed by Lakesmere using 3D CAD technology prior to manufacture and installation.
Lakesmere was also shortlisted in the Vertical Cladding category for its work on the Xscape ski dome and leisure centre in Braehead, Glasgow.
