New Sheerframe facility expands colour
potential
Sheerframe fabricators handling smaller window installations have a whole new spectrum of colours available to them with the opening of a new window painting facility by L.B.Plastics.
Complementing the existing range of high quality coloured foils available for Sheerframe profiles, L.B.Plastics can now provide durable, lasting coloured finishes cost effectively for fabricators involved with smaller installations In addition, on any projects where a painted timber look is required, the profile painting facility is the ideal solution thanks to its ability to paint over wood-effect foils

L.B.Plastics has drawn on its group expertise developed over many years at sister company Manse Masterdor to achieve technically superior coloured finishes.
That opens up great potential for Sheerframe fabricators to offer colours suited to unique and contemporary property styles or for homes in conservation areas where standard white would be unsympathetic.
"Coloured frames are becoming increasingly popular and we want to ensure Sheerframe fabricators are suitably equipped to meet the changing marketplace," says L.B.Plastics' Mike Leese.
"We know that our coloured foils provide an excellent finish but they are not always a practical option on smaller quantities of frames".
"Our window painting facility ensures Sheerframe fabricators can meet the demands of commercial and retail customers competitively".
The painted finish on a Sheerframe profile is likely to perform much more favourably than a comparable finish on a timber frame.
The PVC still retains its superior performance characteristics with no risk of rotting, twisting, cracking or warping, guaranteeing a higher life expectancy for coloured PVC than painted wood.
