Roffey Homes, along with Westbrooke Developments, has newly built a seafront apartment scheme in West Sussex and has installed Sheerframe vertically sliding sash PVC windows.

Exclusive house builder Roffey Homes has built the new development in conjunction with Westbrooke Developments in a style that allows it to blend perfectly with the historic town of Bognor Regis.

Esplanade Grande incorporates 51 stunning two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, all with luxury kitchens and bathrooms, private parking and large south-facing terrace balconies with direct sea views.

In addition to the Sheerframe PVC vertically sliding sash windows, large bay windows, French doors and balcony doors were also supplied for the development.

Simon Snow at Westbrooke Developments said: "We chose Sheerframe PVC windows and doors because they combine authentic period styling with exceptional weather performance".

"Our customers want high-performance windows and doors that are sympathetically styled and Sheerframe has delivered".

The Sheerframe vertical sliding sash window features one of the most advanced stainless steel balancing systems in the market and delivers very smooth operation using constant force technology.

The use of stainless steel components and advanced polymers makes the Sheerframe vertically sliding sash ideal for highly corrosive coastal applications.

Aesthetically the Sheerframe vertical sliding sash window offers good sightlines and replicates timber window styling with a range of features such as deep bottom rails and ovolo detailing.

A unique egress version combining additional safety benefits with high performance is also available.

Sheerframe windows use a multi chambered profile system and deliver enhanced thermal performance down to 0.8W/m2K and a proven low maintenance, long service life.

Sheerframe product director David Strang said: "More architects and house builders are recognising the technical benefits of the Sheerframe vertical sliding sash window".

"With the additional reassurance of fire escape BS7950 security and high thermal performance DWER A ratings, the Sheerframe system is ideal for new build and replacement installations".
