Albion Sections develops polyester coating finish

An Albion Sections product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Jun 18, 2010

Custom cold roll-forming manufacturer Albion Sections has partnered with steel fabricators A J Lowther and Son to design and supply, utilising the Albion Polycoat.

The Albion Polycoat is a range of Z-purlin, C-section, Eaves Beam and accessories with a factory applied polyester finish.

The range has been developed to provide a competitive alternative to powder coated or painted finishes.

The high quality, durable, thermosetting paint, which adopts colour RAL 9002, offers an enhanced open ambiance and appearance to internal areas, adding light and offering a modern, contemporary setting.

The non-flake Albion Polycoat coating has enhanced chemical and corrosion resistance when compared to standard Z275 galvanised material and provides good UV resistance.

It is more economic and readily available when compared to the powder coated route.

The Albion Polycoat product brochure is available to download from the company website, and hard copies are also available upon request.
