Autocad 2004 Update Deadline Approaches
AutoDesk made an introductory price concession to encourage users to upgrade promptly when AutoCAD 2004 was released in March 2003.
Existing users can save £300 on the cost of uprading to AutoCAD 2004 from older versions such as 2000, and 2000i, and £50 on an upgrade on any valid version of AutoCAD LT before July 15th After that date full licence version upgrades will increase from £595 to £895 and Lt upgrades from £195 to £250
Further substantial savings can be made by purchasing upgrades and new licences on-line from the new ordering facility at http://www.leonardo-cad.co.uk/autocad2004/Autocad-order-formweb.h tm AutoCAD users can also relieve themselves of the need to keep purchasing upgrades by subscibing to the AutoDesk subscription service at the same URL, which has the advantage of making annual costs of ownership a known figure.
