Leaderflush Shapland Plasform post-formed doorsets have been specified for the Withybush Hospital Accident and Emergency unit.

The doorsets provide up to 60 minutes fire resistance and were faced in Shiraz, Emerald and Bottle Green Hygieniform.

Hygieniform is Leaderflush Shapland's high impact PVC facing material which contains an antimicrobial additive that kills most harmful bacteria including C.diff, MRSA, Salmonella and E.coli.

X-ray doorsets from the Plasform Extended Performance range were also specified to provide radiation protection in accordance with the National Radiological Protection Board's guidance.

The use of radiused vertical edges to door leaves and all frame edges, and the post forming of facings around them, is an integral part of the Plasform concept.

This gives a distinctive appearance as well as easy to clean, damage resistant and ergonomically friendly surfaces.
