From showroom to show home
Disused car showroom in Leyton, east London, acquired by ASRA Greater London Housing Association in May last year, has made way for a development of new affordable homes for local people.

Prices start from £60,000 for a 40% share of a one-bedroom apartment.
The scheme has been funded by ASRA and the Housing Corporation, supported by the London Borough of Greenwich.

"Woolwich is buzzing with regeneration and good quality affordable housing has a key part to play".

""Fountain Close is within easy reach of notable attractions: the Firepower museum, Greenwich Heritage Centre, The Cutty Sark and The national Maritime Museum".
"There are also parks to enjoy, thriving markets and numerous places to eat and drink," added Mukhtar Latif.
The shared ownership homes offer a fitted kitchen with appliances, fitted carpets, smoke detectors, gas central heating, double glazed windows and optional parking bay.
