Lift Able new access solutions at Naidex 2009

Lift Able, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG, Germany, will be presenting new access solutions at the Naidex trade show in Birmingham.

The one-stop specialist in access solutions will show state-of-the-art inclined and vertical platform lifts as well as the brand new straight stair lift model 'Cumbria Comfort'.

The new products can be tested at stand D160 at Naidex from April 28 to 30.

The premium stair lift for straight staircases "Cumbria Comfort" will make its world debut at Naidex 2009.

Its outstanding design, combined with high functionality and comfort meets the highest requirements.

The ergonomically designed, comfortably upholstered chair has been awarded with the international "Rehacare Design Award 2008/2009 Good Design".

The "Cumbria Comfort" has numerous upholstery colour choices and complies with all relevant safety standards worldwide including the latest European EN 81-40 standard that supersedes former national British standards.

The "Cumbria Comfort" combines tried-and-tested technology with modern design.

The very popular and successful curved stair lift "Flow" can also be demonstrated at Naidex.

Its sophisticated drive technology enables an installation on most steep and curved staircases even on spiral stairs.

The product has been awarded with the "Rehacare Design Award 2008/2009 Good Design".

The Flow also complies with the latest European EN 81-40 standard.

"RPsp" is a new platform lift designed particularly for wheelchair users in public buildings.

Ideal for straight steps both indoors and outdoors, it comes in a large choice of platform sizes allowing it to be adapted easily to all architectural requirements.

It features robust and dependable technology and includes clever features such as a readily accessible cable shaft and an ergonomic "control key", developed in collaboration with disabled people.

Several vertical platform solutions complement Lift Able's product range.

With 52 standard platform sizes, a travel height of up to 15 metres and the possibility to access the platform from three sides, the "Gulliver" platform lift is an ideal solution for a wide range of home and public applications.

Gulliver has numerous applications for both outdoor and indoor use.

Other features include glass shaft panels in different types of finish and a large range of colour options.

Short installation times are possible with its modular system.
