Richard joins Linford from Benson Midlands , where he was development manager.
Prior to joining Benson Midlands , Richard worked for Mansell Construction Services for two years, and managed and owned his own interiors and fit-out businesses for over a decade.
Richard said: "Having spent my entire working life in the building and construction industry I have developed a wide range of skills and knowledge.
I am really excited about joining Linford as it offers me the opportunity to be involved with both new-build and restoration projects.
