Building specialist Linford Group has started work on the construction of a new building for Tamworth and Lichfield College's School of Art.
John Wood, Faenol Linford's regional business development manager, said: "The maintenance contract will see our team working on contracts from Flint to Anglesey." Faenol Linford first worked with Pennaf in 2005 when it successfully tendered and won the £600,000 contract to upgrade and renovate 54 general needs and sheltered housing apartments in Buckley.

Faenol Linford is part of the Linford Group, which also has offices in Runcorn and Lichfield.
