Faenol Linford has won the contract to deliver the maintenance programme for two housing Associations in North Wales The four year contract with Syniad Consortium will see Faenol Linford deliver reactive and planned maintenance for Wales and West Housing Association and Pennaf Housing Group across North and Mid Wales

John Wood, Faenol Linford's regional business development manager, said: "The maintenance contract will see our team working on contracts from Flint to Anglesey." Faenol Linford first worked with Pennaf in 2005 when it successfully tendered and won the £600,000 contract to upgrade and renovate 54 general needs and sheltered housing apartments in Buckley.

Nigel Roberts, Head of Maintenance for the Pennaf Housing Group said: "Linford delivered a well organised and cost effective contract for us in Buckley so were the first choice when we needed a contractor to deliver the maintenance programme for the next four years across our region under a collaborative framework agreement." Faenol Linford is part of the Linford Group, which also has offices in Runcorn and Lichfield.
