Maintenance programme for two housing Associations
Faenol Linford has won the contract to deliver the maintenance programme for two housing Associations in North Wales.
The Faenol Linford building company is the result of a partnership between Linford Group and the Vaynol Estate at Bangor, which created a fully-integrated building service capable of delivering major contracts across multiple sectors and disciplines, including new build, interiors, repair and restoration.
Paul is also North West and North Wales Regional Director at Linford Group and has over 25 years experience in construction, working for some of the biggest names in the industry.
Since joining Linford in 2004 Paul has been responsible for all contracts in the North West and North Wales, including the GBP6.5 million Steam Mill apartment development in Chester, the regeneration of St Peters in Ancoats, the replacement of windows and associated works at the National Library of Wales at Aberystwyth, and the upgrade of existing properties at Nant Mawr Court sheltered housing at Buckley.
Paul said: "North Wales is a vibrant, prospering area and there is a clear need for a major construction force capable of delivering contracts large and small across a wide range of sectors and disciplines, from new build to historic restoration.
"The Vaynol Estate and Linford Group have proved to be perfect partners for the venture, because we have been able to draw on the strengths and capabilities of the two organisations, including this shared commitment to training and construction excellence".
