John was previously with Southdale Homes Halifax and Barratt Manchester.
Karen Wilford joins Lowry as Partnership and Development Manager.
Karen's role is to mange regeneration partnership, working with a number of local authorities and housing associations.
Holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration specialising in Real Estate and Construction.
Karen has worked for a variety of housing associations and Southdale Homes in Halifax.
Gay Berry is appointed as Training Co-ordinator.
Gay's role will centre on developing the local labour Activity Plan for the company's major inner city regeneration scheme at Maine Road.
Gay hails from Worsley and has worked for Salford City Council, CITB and Oldham TEC.
Vicky Gee has been appointed as Sales Administrator dealing with customer enquiries for new sites and is responsible for providing support for the entire sales team.
Vicky has worked for EM Cor Facilities.
Liverpool University graduate Daniel Chestney rounds off the appointments, joining Lowry Homes as a Trainee Estimator/Quantity Surveyor.
Daniel will produce costings and viability research for both the Land and Commercial Departments.
