Sales for the remaining 2 bedroom luxury 'megapartments' at Lowry Renaissance's Oats Royd Mill conversion in Luddenden, are now to be handled exclusively by William H.Brown Estate Agents.

Sales for the remaining 2 bedroom luxury "megapartments" (some with up to 1700 sq ft of floor space) at Lowry Renaissance's Oats Royd Mill conversion in Luddenden, are now to be handled exclusively by William H.Brown Estate Agents As an aid to helping purchasers fully appreciate how the conversion will appear once complete, a superb £10,000+ scale model of the finished development was recently moved from the mill to William H.Brown's Halifax premises

The model shows off Oats Royd Mill's unique features - apartments, complete with gardens and car parking, created within the original weaving sheds, below their distinctive "north light" roofs - which is a UK mill conversion design first.

Although now an impressive landmark for anyone passing the mill, the conversion's new build, six storey centre section was first illustrated by means of the model, prior to its construction.

This building replaces the original structure destroyed by a massive fire in 1989 and subsequently demolished.

The model is expected to create a considerable amount of interest in its new Halifax home and is well worth seeing - it even includes tiny figures of Oats Royd Mill "residents" fishing in the tranquil waters of the refurbished mill pond, although the fish don't seem to be biting!.
