Manchester-based Lowry Homes Plc reports a wonderful start to their sales programme at their latest Wirral development -The Spires, off Fender Way, Prenton The Spires offers an appealing choice of 3 bedroom semi-detached new homes, which are being snapped up off plan by enthusiastic local buyers

A similar pattern has also developed at Lowry's Kingsmead development in Bidston, where the first of the 68 properties to be built are now at roof level.
