Light steel frame technology taken to new heights with Strucmet Elite - a new product innovation from leading specialists Light Steel Frame Solutions.

Maximising the many benefits of off-site construction, Strucmet Elite is a revolutionary a stand-alone engineered system that has been specifically designed for use on applications up to six storeys high Ideally suited to meet the demands of the residential sector, the system has already been successfully specified on a wide range of building types including private bespoke housing, key worker, shared ownership and affordable accommodation, from single storey to medium rise apartment blocks

Most recently the innovative system has been successfully installed at Spoonley Farm, a prestigious residential development in the Welsh marshes.

LSFS was appointed by leading developer Pickstock Homes to redesign its traditional stock two to five bedroom house types using the highly engineered Stucmet Elite stand-alone structural steel framing system.

Manufactured off-site to the client's specific requirements, the specification of this pioneering technology enabled LSFS to install a watertight envelope in just 5 days, allowing the second-fix works to be completed whilst the external cladding was installed.

Further innovation and even greater design flexibility can be achieved through the integration of Strucmet Elite with another innovation, Strucmet Living.

Developed by LSFS in conjunction with sister company Elements, this fully fitted out pod can be manufactured to the client's unique specification to include kitchens, bathrooms, cloakrooms and shower rooms.

Already proving popular with developers and architects alike, this innovative system has recently been specified for use on a six storey residential department in Liverpool.

All of the systems available as part of the Strucmet range of light steel solutions are designed and manufactured by LSFS' sister company Light Steel Frame Manufacturing (LSFM), at the company's 45,000sqft purpose built factory in Wrexham.

The fully finished products complete with insulation, internal and external finishes, fixings and cladding as required, are then delivered for directly to sites across the UK for installation by LSFS.
