Luxalon domestic aluminium ceilings have provided a perfect complement for the upmarket kitchens featured at the Nottingham In-Toto showroom.

Luxalon domestic aluminium ceilings have provided a perfect complement for the upmarket kitchens featured at the Nottingham In-Toto showroom The showroom is owned by Sue and Graeme Foster, who were top three finalists in the nationwide 'Kitchen and Bathroom Designer' sponsored Design Awards 2005

To match the high-gloss cream Wellmann kitchen display, the Fosters chose a cream 130mm panel ceiling from the Luxalon range.

It incorporates 'V' shaped aluminium infills that echo the stainless steel appliances and the metal handles on the units.

"It was the whole design concept of the Luxalon range which appealed to us," says Sue Foster.

"The range of colours is spectacular and the ceilings are also very practical and cost-effective".

"Instead of having a whole ceiling re-boarded and skimmed, why not have an aluminium ceiling that looks stunning and won't need re-painting?.

We have had a great reaction from customers and installing the ceilings is proving much quicker and easier than conventional solutions".

"The results speak for themselves".

Luxalon is finding that homeowners and designers love the combination of practicality and design versatility offered by aluminium ceilings.

Not only are they ideal for kitchens, they are also perfect for bathrooms, cloakrooms, reception rooms and bedrooms.

They also offer many advantages over traditional plaster ceilings, making them an excellent choice for areas prone to condensation, such as bathrooms, wet rooms, utility areas and kitchens.

A wipe with a damp cloth is all that's required to keep the ceilings looking good and there is no need for any additional maintenance.

As each ceiling is custom made to individual needs, it brings a unique mood and style to a room.

The palette of colours, reflective finishes, widths and styles complements traditional or contemporary homes.

Curves and extra design features can also be added to accentuate the effect.
