Luxo Gives Jordan Support
Luxo responded to Jordan's call for help by donating the lighting she needed for the swimming pool and changing rooms she was rebuilding.
When Katie Price, better known to the world as Jordan, undertook a special project for the ITV television programme 'With A Little Help From My Friends', Luxo responded to her call for help by donating the lighting she needed for the swimming pool and changing rooms she was rebuilding Katie's challenge was to completely renovate the swimming pool and changing rooms, build a special sensory room and construct an obstacle course at an outdoor activity centre run by the charity Activenture, in East Sussex - all within 5 days

This was the most urgent task for Katie, and her friends, as without remedial work it was facing closure.
Luxo supplied eighteen of its Pollux IP65 fluorescent luminaires with 2x58W lamps and polycarbonate diffusers - 14 for the swimming pool area and 4 for changing rooms.
These are ideal for this type of application as they have been developed with fibreglass reinforced polyester housings to perform in humid and aggressive environments, where high demands are placed on protected design and operational reliability and function.
For the corridor and toilet, Luxo provided two of its Sinus circular luminaires in white with 18W lamps.
These slender ceiling luminaires are a classic design, with glare control to spread light softly, making them a versatile solution for a wide variety of environments.
Luxo was delighted to have been able to support Katie with her challenge which was a huge success as viewers witnessed when 'With A Little Help From My Friends' was screened on ITV1 on Saturday 27th November.
