When Masterframe, specialist sash window fabricator, won Fabricator of the Year award, they decided to give it to the employee who'd shown the greatest improvement.

Typically, when Alan Burgess, Managing Director of Masterframe, the specialist sash window fabricator, received a bottle of champagne from WHS halo to celebrate its GO6 award as Fabricator of the Year award, he decided to give it to the employee who'd shown the greatest improvement The motivation?

Alan believes that reward schemes help Masterframe win even more business through knowledgeable, committed and cooperative staff who understand the meaning of great customer service.
