MCA now incorporates multicurrency
functionality
Mardak Construction Accounts now incorporates Multicurrency functionality and, as well as being UK compliant it now satisfies Southern Ireland VAT and Subcontractors tax legislation.
MCA's Multicurrency flexibility allows the user to define their own base currency Any number of alternate currencies can be created, and exchange rates can be maintained daily if required

Multiple bank accounts are supported and payments can be made to suppliers in the currency in which they invoice.
VAT details are captured in the local currency of the prevailing Tax Regime, even if the original invoice is in a different currency.
UK and Irish VAT Return reporting is a standard feature.
In addition Irish Subcontractor tax legislation is satisfied with the ability to record RCT47 details, and Mardak provides reports for RCT37 and RCT38 Returns.
MCA Accounts is the only newly developed accounting system created specifically for the construction in the last decade! Purposefully designed to integrate with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and written using Open Platform technology, it is a highly integrated accounting product.
In addition to standard accounting requirements, special features are available such as; Document Management (document images can be held against accounts e.g invoices, contracts), Business Intelligence Monitor (automatic notifications of critical data issues by screen prompt, e-mail or SMS e.g overdue accounts), Excel Reporting (option to export all reports and enquiries to Excel), Graphing (display of reports and enquiries in a variety of graphs) and Contract Cash Position (facility to see when a contract is cash positive).
Mardak facilitates the migration of account details and transactions from previous systems as a standard feature.
Packages are available to suit single site companies through to multi site international organizations.
