McBains Cooper, the leading property and construction consultancy, has completed major refurbishment, rebuild and fit-out work at the Corinium Museum, Cirencester.
The 25 year project will provide four new police buildings, the largest - divisional headquarters in central Middlesborough - will boast over 50 cells.
McBains Cooper is providing architecture, structural and services engineering, cost management and health and safety services to the consortium.
"The modern buildings and public square of the Middlesborough headquarters will be the first major building on the Middlehaven regeneration site," said Keith Young Director of Architecture at McBains Cooper.
"The building will act as a catalyst for future development on the site." A new divisional HQ will also be built in Langbaurgh.
Redcar and South Bank will have new local police stations and Hartlepool custody centre will have a complete refurbishment as part of the project.
The RHE consortium members are Reliance Secure Task Management, Bank of Scotland Corporate and Equion.
UKPMS are the project managers.
Financial close is expected for January 2005.
