The development provides a variety of family-sized accommodation, with detached three-bedroom 'Wentworth' houses complementing the semi-detached units.
Comments Carole Edwards, Sales and Marketing Manager at Charlton Homes: "The demand for high specification, affordable new build property in this area is staggering and we have been amazed how quickly the new homes at Briarswood are being snapped up by buyers.
With its excellent transport links, proximity to major retail and leisure attractions and convenience for Warrington town centre, Great Sankey is becoming a real hot spot: this development will help to ensure that first time buyers and young families can afford to establish a home in this vibrant area." All the homes at the site are very highly specified with UPVC double-glazing, central heating and fitted carpets throughout, fitted kitchen and bathroom and exterior landscaping.
The remaining 14 houses in phase I of the development are due to be released at the end of this month.
Details of Briarswood phase II will be announced shortly.
