McComb Developments announce that B and Q Warehouse is now stocking its revolutionary product, TeleSeal10 - a real alternative to unsightly silicone sealant The DIY giant could not ignore this unique innovation in bath, power shower and worktop sealing systems, following the tested and proven benefits that TeleSeal10 offers the professional and DIY markets

B and Q joins other major stockists, including Tiles R Us, Plumbase, Buildbase, Jewson, Grahams, Screwfix Direct and the shopping channel, QVC.

TeleSeal10 offers a real alternative to traditional sealant and demand has rocketed since its launch almost four years ago.

Designed to last the life of the bathroom, the discerning customer can see that TeleSeal10 makes good economic sense.

Unlike silicone sealant, it offers a permanent seal that does not discolour or support mould growth.

Through its self-adjusting telescopic action, TeleSeal10 allows up to 10mm of movement or settlement.

Thus the integrity of the seal is not compromised, thereby eliminating the problem of adhesion failure, water ingress and the black mould so often found in bathrooms around the world.

The UPVC precision strip seal is supplied in a shrink-wrapped kit, and enables sealing up to three sides of a bath or shower tray.

It comes with pre-mitred seal ends for neat corners and simple installation.

Furthermore, TeleSeal10 can be fixed onto existing tiles or below new ones.

TeleSeal10 should not be confused with other UPVC seals on the market.

The patented design underwent nine years of development.

Designer and manufacturer, McComb Developments, has won two major government awards for TeleSeal - Invention of the Year and the DTI Smart Innovation Award - for its simple, but very effective product.

Operations Manager, James McComb said: "With the market presence and national coverage B and Q Warehouse provides, TeleSeal10 is set to change the unsatisfactory way bath tubs, shower trays and worktops have traditionally been sealed".

"We welcome this huge step forward in providing our quality product to the public via the B and Q Warehouse network.".
