Housing Regeneration Company Meden Valley Making Places and the regeneration of Warsop Vale have been cited as an example of best practice in regeneration partnerships.
Regeneration Company Meden Valley Making Places (MVMP) and the regeneration of Warsop Vale have been cited as an example of best practice in regeneration partnerships in a new report 'Midlands United - Excellence in the Midlands' 2007 recently launched by the National Housing Federation and The Chartered Institute of Housing The report was prepared by Helen Cope Consulting , and sends out a key message for further investment in housing in the Midlands
Commenting on the report, Chief Executive of Meden Valley Making Places, Gary Kirk said "This is further recognition of the impact that MVMP is having on the coalfield communities and the benefit of employing the local delivery vehicle model to regenerate failing communities and to create sustained and transformational change".
