Lightweight, innovative design of the BHE20 Compact makes it ideal for overhead or close quarter work, and for drilling small diameter holes in concrete, wood and steel.

Metabo Corporation, a leading international manufacturer of professional grade portable electric power tools and abrasives for industrial, construction and welding applications, now offers a new 3/4" SDS rotary hammer The lightweight, innovative design of the BHE20 Compact makes it ideal for overhead or close quarter work, and for drilling small diameter holes in concrete, wood and steel

The light weight of the BHE20 (only 5 lbs.) combined with its extended D-shaped handle, provides users with an improved comfort level.

The tool is available in two versions; tool only, or with an integrated dust collection system which collects dust at the point of origin, minimizing the user's exposure to free silica.

The BHE20 has 3/8" capacity in mild steel, 7/8" capacity in softwood, and using SDS-plus carbide bits, its capacity in concrete is 3/4".

It is equipped with electronic variable speed control, a forward-reverse switch and an anti-vibration side handle.

An accessory joist hanger that easily attaches to the tool is also available with the BHE20, making it handy when working from a ladder or scaffold.

With 1.6 joules of impact energy, the BHE 20 also offers Metabo's unique Quick change SDS chuck system that releases by a quarter turn of the chuck, rather than a sliding chuck, and prevents exposing the inside of the chuck to damaging dust and dirt.

In addition, the BHE 20 has a 4-amp motor that generates up to 89 inch-lbs of torque.

It has a no load speed of 0-1000 RPM and no load blows per minute of 0-4900 BPM.

The tool's rated input is 450 watts and with the integral dust extraction system, it weighs 8 lbs.
