Not if your supplier is MGB Electrical.
The MGB business operates in three key areas, each offering you expertise through skilled, knowledgeable and trained staff with each area spilling into the other providing you, the customer, with access to a total solution.
In order to understand how this works, let's take a look at the three business areas; a) Sourcing, distribution and supply of industrial electrical control products; Here MGB work together with their suppliers and speak with one voice, with a product profile including; enclosures, isolators, terminals, contactors, relays, PLC's, circuit breakers, power supplies, transformers, trunking and DIN rail.

b) Engineering Services; MGB employ qualified electrical and mechanical engineers ensuring the engineering services division of the business is managed with a high level of expertise.
Offering machining of all types of enclosures and also providing additional specialist services such as silk screen printing, EMC coating of enclosures and engraving to particular customer requirements.
c) Hazardous area equipment; In order to meet the growing requirements for hazardous area equipment, MGB Electrical have extended their range and now offer 'ATEX approved' enclosures in Stainless Steel and Polyester together and 'ATEX approved accessories' such as glands and terminals.
Earlier we referred to the three business areas spilling into the other to provide the total solution, how does this work?.
Assume your requirement is for an enclosure which is to be mounted in a hazardous area populated with terminations or control units.
Here MGB can use their engineering expertise to machine and assemble a suitable ATEX approved enclosure pulling together the ATEX accessories and other industrial control products in order to meet your specification.
Grace Tipson, Managing Director of MGB says "To be successful in today's market, it's imperative to listen very carefully to what customers want - the message is clear, more and more customers want a total solution".
If you thought this service could not be improved think again.
In order to improve the interface between MGB and their customer they have added a new member of staff.
Peter Sait, a salesman with over 20 years experience in the enclosure market, has joined the MGB operation bringing with him application expertise and a new dimension to the MGB customer service.
Since joining MGB a few months ago, Peter has already landed the company in excess of 70 new trading accounts which is proof in itself that MGB are able to deliver as promised.
