Hallidays has moved from its former 5,000sq ft Rishworth Bridge premises at nearby Crossflatts, where the firm has operated since being established in 1980, to 35,000sq ft Universal Mills in Mitchell Street, Keighley.
The company specialises in bespoke manufacture of windows, doors, staircases, bars, kitchens and conservation joinery, supplying to trade customers across the UK.
While the relocation has been necessitated to more effectively cope with intensifying business demand across all operational sectors, it is, in particular, in direct response to major growth across two key areas - diversification into bar manufacturing and fitting in the pub retail industry, and the launch of the new window-making facility.

More funding for the regeneration of coalfields
Meden Valley Making Places, the organisation driving the regeneration of run-down and derelict housing in former mining communities, has announced GBP900k further funding support.
The window manufacturing arm is being run in partnership with Keighley-based development company Kelly Developments, with company director Andrew Clough directly concerned with the new facility, which has involved a quarter of a million pound investment in new plant, equipment and stock.
The agreement to manufacture double-glazed windows made from engineered timber - the first non-upvc, totally maintenance free windows available in the UK market sector - has been reached with long-established German timber company Holz Schiller, based in Regen.
The new timber windows are the brainchild of the firm's technical director, Scotsman Bill Robertson, who has tapped into industry sector expertise across Europe to develop the innovative ranges.
He has also had a direct hands-on involvement in setting up the manufacturing facility at M Halliday and Sons, with products designed specifically for the UK market.
Mr Robertson explained: "The windows incorporate a patented timber system, featuring closed mitred joints, which makes them totally weather-proof".
"All are pre-finished utilising laminated timber, which guarantees no warping, shrinkage or rotting, while a unique fully washable coating makes them completely maintenance-free".
"No painting is required".
""The windows come in a range of timber species and both solid colours and wood grain finishes, and the aluminium-clad design makes them one of the most secure windows on the market".
""There are also important environmental considerations".
"All timber comes from managed forests across Europe and because it is laminated the amount of timber used is a third less than standard solid timber windows".
""All timber production is to Timber Research and Development Association guidelines.
That means for every tree felled, it is replaced by five others".
As well as manufacturing standard Holz Schiller window ranges in Keighley, Hallidays has also been awarded rights to produce the "Easy Long Life" range, which has similar specifications, but comes with an additional inbuilt open-and-tilt facility, along with other Holz Schiller laminated timber products, including doors".
Managing director David Halliday, son of founder Malcolm Halliday, who is still involved in the business, said: "The relocation and expansion represents the biggest single development in the firm's history and we are looking forward to the future with confidence, particularly the growth and development of the new window-making business".
"We currently employ 19 people, but will create new jobs as the business continues to grow".
"In fact, we expect to double our workforce within 18 months.".
