Mighton, the premium sash window hardware specialist, revealed the Powersash system, which is the worlds first fully integrated motorized sash window mechanism.

When the replacement casement window market started to become saturated, forward looking companies diversified into emerging markets.

A popular diversification route has been vertical sliders.

Recently Mighton, the premium sash window hardware specialist, revealed the Powersash system, which is the worlds first fully integrated motorized sash window mechanism.

This enables system companies to differentiate from their competitors within the sash window market.

Powersash doesn't need changes to existing PVC-U profiles and can be fitted to sash windows of almost any size.

Using standard joinery skills its fast bolt-on process is actually easier to install than standard double hung window components.

Because it is integrated into the window the appearance is hardly affected.

Mighton has spent five years designing and testing the Powersash system.

Powersash takes the strain out of opening and closing sash windows.

The window can be opened either by remote control which gives access to windows that are partially blocked or difficult to reach.
