Brett Valley Joinery stays loyal to Mighton because of customer service.

The owner of a Victorian town house in Hadleigh, Suffolk, is delighted after spending £7,000 to have seven PVC-U windows removed and replaced with hardwood sash windows and Mighton sash hardware.

"The new owner is a surveyor with Suffolk County Council," says Tim Butcher, Managing Director of Brett Valley Joinery.

"She felt it was important to put the property back to its original condition, and the right choice of sash windows and hardware was very important".

"Having reliable and strong gearing on the sashes means the customer will stay happy for many years to come and we won't be needed for interim repairs".

Based in Hadleigh, Suffolk, Brett Valley Joinery has been in business for over a decade, "We use Mighton because they are a supplier dedicated to sash windows," says Tim.

"They know their products and they are excellent for delivery".

"I can call them at 3.55 pm and I will have the delivery here the next morning".

"I send them the order form with the sash window measurements, state whether it is hard or soft wood, and they work out the sash balances for the weight".

Tim estimates that the 2005 market was down by 15% on 2004.

With increased legislation and upgraded standards, it costs more to make windows with all the extras".

"The high quality of the hardware and customer service means that I get real value for money and I can honestly say I will be staying loyal to Mighton.".
