Mighton Products launch stackable weights that allow the joiner or installer to carry a stock of sash weights.

Anyone who installs or refurbishes traditional sash windows doesn't need to be reminded how difficult storing and transporting sash weights can be, not to mention the time needed to cut them to the correct size.

Just launched by Mighton Products, the sash window hardware specialist, stackable weights allow the joiner or installer to carry a stock of sash weights that can be used in any combination to correctly balance a sash window regardless of its size.

Mike Derham, Managing Director of Mighton, explains: "The range of sizes of stackable weights we offer means it is possible to make virtually any sash weight, with no cutting required".

"We provide both cast iron and lead stackable weights, which are silver painted for health protection during handling".

"And because the weights stack, they can be stored tidily and transported without difficulty, making installers lives easier.".
