Midas Homes is celebrating National Customer Service Week (Monday 2nd - Friday 6th October) with some fantastic results.

The latest findings published by In-House Research, an external research company, show that 100% of customers who moved into a Midas home during May 2006 would recommend the company to their best friend.

Louise Haywood, Customer Service Manager at Midas Homes said: "This is a great achievement for the whole Midas Homes team and is testament to the hard work put in and the enthusiasm which all staff have to 'get it right' first time.

Midas Homes has also chosen National Customer Service Week to launch its Customer Charter which sets out the standard of service customers can expect, as a further way of managing customer expectations.
