New mediator at Mace and Jones
A partner at NW law firm Mace and Jones has become the firm's third accredited mediator.
Ken Salmon has qualified as a mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators He is a long standing member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, which promotes arbitration, adjudication and mediation
As a construction law specialist Ken has acted for parties in construction disputes throughout the North West, for the past 30 years.
As an accredited mediator he is now qualified to mediate all kinds of disputes but most obviously those arising in the construction and commercial sectors.
Other mediators at Mace and Jones are senior partner Graeme Jump and employment partner David Fagan, both of whom are accredited by CEDR, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
