The 2005 Fees Surveys provide a detailed analysis of the fees charged by the professions, including hourly rates billed by practice personnel from principals/directors to technical staff, as well as by region and by size of practice.
Detailed charts illustrate the average fee rates for a wide range of sectors, from house extensions, hotels and schools to hospitals and new roads.
New for 2005 is Architects Fees - Minor Works, developed to meet the growing demand from smaller architectural practices for the same kind of quality financial information.
Specially priced for smaller organisations, this report focuses on jobs under the £150,000 price bracket, comprising average fee data for 38 building sectors.
