Midas revamp contract for Brunel Retail
Park
Midas Construction has won a GBP3.1million design and build contract to revamp Brunel Retail Park in Reading on behalf of retail park owners Norwich Union and fund managers Morley Fund Management.
Midas Construction has won a GBP3.1million design and build contract to revamp Brunel Retail Park in Reading on behalf of retail park owners Norwich Union and fund managers Morley Fund Management The contract includes creation of a new 7,500sq feet retail store and new store entrances, canopies and over-cladding of the existing facades for nine existing units on the retail park
Works will include the sub-division and refurbishment of one retail store on site and internal refurbishment to another.
The units will remain occupied and open to the public throughout the project with completion due by the end of June 2006.
