Ecodan meets the requirement for a sustainable alternative to traditional carbon home heating in the UK.

Ecodan upgrades natural energy from the outside air and converts this to provide domestic space heating and hot water.

It is compatible with radiators and underfloor heating systems with a straightforward installation.

Ecodan harvests energy from the surrounding air to maximise efficiency and minimise emissions.

It will deliver 3.5kW of heating energy for every 1kW of electricity it consumes.

The unit can reduce emissions by 50 per cent over gas boilers and cut running costs by 30 per cent to help reduce energy bills.

Ecodan will continue working effectively in low temperatures of -15C.

The system can help achieve Level 3 and 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The seminars will run 9:30am-2:00pm, on 20th October, 10th November and 1st December 2009, and on 19th January and 9th February 2010, at Mitsubishi's conference suite at its Hatfield headquarters.
