The company specialises in designing and building vehicles and trailers for the medical, motorsport and emergency services.

Once complete, the unit was then transported to its final home at the Ystrad Mynach Hospital which is one of several hospitals within the Aneurin Bevan Health Board.

Just Air Conditioning is the Approved Installer of Mitsubishi Electric equipment that installed the three Mr Slim units while it was on site at the Bence facility.

The company has always specified Mitsubishi Electric and Wayne Raven, who has also designed the air conditioning for the static MRI system in the main hospital, was full of praise for the flexibility that comes with the Mr slim range.

Temperature control is essential as the complex MRI imaging hardware and its associated sensitive computing equipment cannot function if subject to high or fluctuating temperatures.

The MRI unit uses a combination of an RP35-VHA4, and RP70-VHA4 and an RP100-VHA4 from the Mr Slim PUHZ range and these are attached at the rear of the MRI cabin.

They serve the three indoor units used throughout to deliver the optimum operating temperature.

The Mr Slim range is suitable for a wide variety of environmental control situations and comes in large range of flexible configurations with the ability to link to individual or multiple wall, ceiling, ducted or floor-mounted indoor units.
