Rigby Research awarded ISO 20252

Research Division of Michael Rigby Associates, which specialises in market research for the building, construction and home improvement industries, has been awarded ISO 20252.

This new, internationally recognised accreditation replaces the former British Standard BS7911 and has established more stringent standards for market research that are recognised globally.

In his report, Gary Coster, the assessor responsible for evaluating Rigby Research's performance had "no hesitation in recommending immediate upgrade to ISO 20252" observing that he had found "ample evidence to show systems and processes in regular use meet the requirements where relevant of the ISO 20252 standard".

He went on to praise researchers' "sound knowledge ...in all areas".

"As is usual in this very tight-knit organisation, there is a well-embedded quality culture," added Mr Coster.

"We are delighted to have gained this important accreditation," commented Neil Parsonson, Market Research Manager at Rigby Research.
