Mans International is pleased to announce the ARM Cordless Bolt Cutter for cutting through high tensile steel bars up to 16mm (5/8 inches) thick.

This powerful hand tool achieves an impressive 11tonf cutting capability from a hydraulic action powered only by a 14.4V (2000mAh) rechargeable battery The Cordless Bolt Cutter is easy to use for single operators

The cutting head can rotate through 180 degrees for total flexibility.

Users simply position the blades either side of the bar and pull the trigger.

Once the trigger is released, the blades return automatically to a safe start position.

To cope with high tensile steel bars, the blades are made of tough, high quality steel hardened to HRC63-65.

Up to 50 pieces of 16mm (5/8 inch) bars or 70 pieces of 13 mm (0.5 inch) bars can be cut on a single charge.

Weighing only 7.1Kg, the extra handle and shoulder strap offer greater stability and a 25 minute recharge time ensures fast, efficient operation out in the field.

The bolt cutter is a safer alternative to angle grinders or oxyacetylene torches often used in bar cutting and is much less labour intensive than conventional heavy manual cutting equipment.

It can be used to cut bars on windows, remove bolts, locks and chains, even re-bars on construction sites.

This makes it ideal for emergency, fire and rescue services, police and law enforcement, security and military, construction and industrial sectors.

Also in the range is a Cordless Re-Bar cutter, dedicated to the safe cutting of re-bars in construction, personnel security chains and more.

Both products are manufactured by the ARM SANGYO Co.

Ltd, Japan, and distributed exclusively in the UK by Mans International.
