Seminar organised by Marley Waterproofing tells building surveyors and property managers about growing importance of cold-applied roofing systems and the benefits they offer.
Both systems can be installed without hot works, thereby reducing the risk of fire and lowering insurance premiums for contractors.
Describing the event, Beth Barber, Marketing Manager at Marley Waterproofing, said; "CPD events are key to ensuring that specifiers and contractors stay current with developments in construction, however most take the form of lectures".
"People are very busy these days, so we wanted to ensure that our flame-free event was to the point and interesting and that everyone who attended had a full understanding of flame-free roofing systems by the time they left".
"We are delighted with the results and feedback from delegates has been excellent with several approving of the interactive nature of the presentations".
Delegates at the event were also treated to a free draw with the chance to win vouchers to spend in the Manchester United shop.
