Create and prepare cost effective business proposals MarketingWorks, the construction industry's leading marketing and business development consultancy, is holding a workshop entitled 'Winning Business with Winning Proposals' on Thursday, 30 September 2004 at The Building Centre, London

This workshop is designed to help participants understand the bidding process; maximise pre bidding discussions and identify clients' needs and expectations; demonstrate how to create and prepare cost effective business proposals with the aim to help increase the conversion rate of winning proposals.

The workshop is aimed at all those involved in attending initial meetings, those that play a part in the decision making process to bid or not, those involved in identifying proposal inclusions, those who collate, prepare and put the final document together and those who follow-up or contribute to the proposal process in any way.
