Mtech Group and Constructing Excellence in Wales are collaborating once again to host what promises to be another unmissable event.

The second annual Spotlight on Offsite event in Cardiff - a combined exhibition and conference - will be held on the 27 June 2007 at the Cardiff City Hall.

The event focuses on key offsite industry developments in and around Wales and provides a comprehensive and balanced perspective of the rapidly emerging offsite supply-chain.

The day will bring together distinguished speakers from a broad spectrum of organisations representing clients, construction professionals and suppliers.

The innovations covered by the conference programme will include framing systems in concrete, timber and steel; modular and volumetric systems; bathroom and kitchen pods; a range of pre-engineered building components and other complementary offsite technologies, as well as presentations from contractors and clients.

This years conference will also present a Project Profile on a major mixed-use construction project in Wales which will for the first time take delegates through the design and build process step by step.
