A Mtech Consult product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Sep 16, 2009

Mtech Consult has provided the OSM expertise in the redevelopment of St Pancras station.

A hotel and apartments were being created, partly in the existing St Pancras building and partly in a new steel frame structure.

Mtech identifies offsite manufacturing solutions for architects, builders and contractors and assisted Galliford Try's work on the redevelopment of St Pancras station in London.

Mtech identifies offsite manufacturing solutions for architects, builders and contractors and assisted Galliford Try's work on the redevelopment of St Pancras station in London.

Mtech offered a complete service, from identifying all suitable offsite products, identifying suppliers, arranging initial site meetings, advising on the tender documentation, analysing tender returns, and through to actual project installation support.

Mtech's knowledge and understanding of UK offsite suppliers led to the selection of bathroom pods, a unitised zinc faced cladding system for the new wing and a panelised bathroom system for the refurbishment of the old building.

Mtech is providing ongoing support to ensure compliance, seamless integration and the maintenance of quality levels.
