These co-operative groups, formed by Housing Associations to achieve greater purchasing power and more effective economies of scale, now account for over 1.1 million social dwellings in 2008.
The database identifies the 60 groups and their 200 members, representing more than 70% of the UK Housing Association market in 2008.
